Caller ID displays incorrect information - AOL Call Alert

The Caller ID information provided by Call Alert is not acquired from the telephone company. Call Alert does not display Caller ID information the way a standard telephone does.

All Call Alert Caller ID information comes from a third-party vendor (not the telephone company). If your Caller ID is displaying the wrong information about the person you know, please call us at 1- 866-265-4415 between 8AM and 1AM Eastern time, Monday to Friday to get the correct information.
