The multipurpose AOL Address Book makes it easy to keep track of email addresses, phone numbers (home, work, cellular, fax, and pager), mailing addresses (work and home), birthdays, anniversaries, and even the home pages of all your friends! You can add email addresses to your Address Book directly from the email you receive, you can create group mailing lists for your private use, or you can share the above-mentioned information with everyone on the mailing list at AOL Groups@AOL.com. Send an email from the Address BookYou can address a new email message to recipients directly from your Address Book, including copying and blind copying recipients listed in your Address Book. To send an email to recipients from the Address Book 1. On the AOL toolbar, click the Write button. 2. In the Write Mail window, click the Address Book icon. 3. In the <screenname>'s Address Book window, select the contact to whom you want to send the email. If you want to send the email to more than one person, hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard as you select additional contacts. If you want to send the email to a group that you've created, select that group from the Groups section. Notes:

5. Click the Send Now button. 6. Close the Address Book window. To send an email to a group of contacts 1. On the AOL toolbar, click the Mail menu, and then click Address Book. 2. In the Groups section, select the group you wish to send an email to. 3. Click the Group Options button, and then click Send Mail. 4. Click the Send Now button. 5. Close the Address Book window.
