Purchasing tickets

Need to reserve tickets for Friday night’s big premiere? You’re in luck. Moviefone has partnered up with Movietickets.com to provide you a quick and easy way to purchase tickets online, ensuring you get your tickets with time to spare.

To purchase tickets online, follow these instructions:

1. At the top of the Moviefone homepage is a banner that displays your local movie theater. Use the up and down arrows to cycle between movies that are currently playing at that theater.
2. If you’d like to buy tickets for a particular movie, make sure that movie is selected and then click a desired show time. You’ll be directed toward the Movietickets.com purchasing page.
3. Once on this page, select ticket quantities for Adult, Child or Senior and hit Continue.
4. You’ll be asked to log in to your Movietickets.com account.

Note: To purchase movie tickets online, you’ll need to sign up to use Movietickets.com.

5. Once you have signed in to your Movietickets.com account, you’ll be prompted to enter your billing information.
6. After this is complete, you can finalize your ticket purchase by pressing Continue.

Alternatively, you can purchase movie tickets through a specific movie’s page:

1. At the top of the Moviefone.com homepage, click Movie Times.
2. Under the movie for which you’d like to purchase tickets, click the desired show time. You’ll be directed to Movietickets.com through Moviefone.
3. Once on this page, select ticket quantities for Adult, Child or Senior and hit Continue.
4. You’ll be asked to log in to your Movietickets.com account.

Note: To purchase movie tickets online, you’ll need to sign up to use Movietickets.com.

5. Once you have signed in to your Movietickets.com account, you’ll be prompted to enter your billing information.
6. After this is complete, you can finalize your ticket purchase by clicking Continue.

Notes:

• Please don't click Stop, Reload, Back or Forward while your order is being confirmed. This could interfere with the purchasing process.
• If you have questions regarding your ticket order, you can call Customer Service at 1-888-440-8457 or send an e-mail to customerservice@movietickets.com.

Ticket pickup

Picking up tickets you’ve ordered through Moviefone is as easy as pie. Picking up a date, on the other hand -- we’ll leave that up to you.

Here’s how to get your tickets:

1. Before leaving home for the theater, make sure to grab the credit card you used to purchase the tickets (for verification purposes).
2. Arrive at the theater before showtime.

Note: You can collect your tickets from the theater anytime before the show.

3. Visit the Automated Box Office Machine or the box office. After presenting your credit card to the machine or box office attendant, you’ll receive your tickets.
