The AOL software allows you to customize your email controls to suit your personal preferences. You get to choose who can and cannot send you email.

How to

Block emails from certain people

You can customize your Mail Controls to block emails from specific senders.

1. Go to AOL Keyword: Mail Controls.

Note: This keyword can be accessed only within the AOL software. If you are using AOL Desktop v10.1, read our help article How do I block emails from an email address on AOL Desktop v10.1.

3. In the text box, type the email address that you want to block.

Note: You can add multiple email addresses by separating each email address by a comma.
