Caller ID displays unknown - AOL Call Alert

The Caller ID information provided by Call Alert is not acquired from the telephone company. Call Alert does not display Caller ID the way a standard telephone does.

All Call Alert Caller ID information comes from a third-party vendor (not the telephone company). If your Caller ID displays UNKNOWN for all callers, this is a network issue beyond AOL's control and, therefore, cannot be resolved.
