How do I group/ungroup IMs?

The Grouped IM feature groups multiple Instant Message (IM) conversation windows into a single window. The Grouped IM feature is on by default. However, you can turn off/on the feature anytime you want to.

To group/ungroup IM conversations

1. On the Buddy List window, click Setup.

2. Click the IM Settings link.

3. Click the Filtering and Viewing tab.

4. Check or uncheck the box next to Use Grouped IMs to display my IMs to group or ungroup IMs respectively.

5. Click Save.

6. Close the Buddy List Setup window.
