How do I handle unknown and private calls on AOL Voicemail? |
We provide you with three options to adjust your privacy settings to handle "Unknown" and "Private" calls. The options are explained below:
To adjust the privacy settings: 1. Sign on to the AOL service. Go to AOL Keyword: Voicemail or https://dashboard.voice.aol.com/. Note: If prompted, sign on using your Username and password. 2. Click the Settings link.
3. Under Settings, click the Call Blocking & Privacy link.
4. Under "Unknown" Callers, select the desired option. We recommend that you select the Prompt caller to reveal their phone number, then allow the call option.
5. Under "Private" Callers, select the desired option. We recommend that you select the Prompt caller to reveal their phone number, then allow the call option.
6. Click Save. Note: The above settings will work only when you're online. It will not work for offline calls. Related Articles |
