What should I do in case of an unauthorized account access?

It's a great thing that you can access your AOL account from practically anywhere in the world, from any computer. But we want to make sure it's really you who is doing all the globetrotting.

If you use multiple computers, you may at some point receive a notification asking you to confirm that you sign in on the other computers. If the information in the window is correct and you have accessed one or more of those computers at the stated time, click Yes. If you haven't used a computer other than your own to sign in to AOL and the provided information indicates otherwise, this is a red flag that someone else has accessed your account. At this point, you should click No to prevent the hacker from misusing your AOL account.

IMPORTANT: You should also reset your password by clicking Reset Password Now to help prevent the issue from happening again.
