What do I do if my email address has changed?

You can change your email address at any time. 

1. Go to shortcuts.com/myprofile.

2. Sign in.

3. Click Edit on the same line as My Email.

4. Type your email address into both the New E-Mail Address and Confirm New E-Mail address boxes.

5. Type your existing Shortcuts password into the Password box.

6. Click Submit.

How do I change my password?

Changing your password is easy: 

1. Go to shortcuts.com/myprofile.

2. Sign in.

3. Click Edit on the same line as My Password.

Forgot your password? Don't worry, you can easily reset your password. 

1. Click Forgot password in the Sign In box.

2. Type your email into the Email box.

3. Type the security word in the Security Word box.

4. Click Submit.

5. Answer the security question you created when you set up your account.

6. Click Submit.

How can I opt out of Shortcuts.com email communications?

Here's how to set your communication preferences:

1.  Go to shortcuts.com/myprofile, and sign in if you aren't already.

2. Click Edit.

3. Check your preferences by clicking on them.

4. Click Submit.
