Why can’t I see the FAQ links when trying to change or cancel my AOL plans?

If you do not see the FAQ links for changing, or cancelling your Username, it is because the current Username being used was created under a previous tracking system. It is currently not possible to cancel these types of Usernames or use them to sign up for other AOL services. We apologize for this inconvenience, and suggest the following to meet your current needs:

1. To sign up for a new paid AOL plan you will need to create a new AOL identity. To do so, please go to: Creating an AOL account online and follow the instructions.

2. Once you have created your new identity, you will be able to sign up for Lifestore.

You can also change or modify your current account information status. For your convenience, you can continue to check your email and use AIM with your current Username.
