Sharing articles

If you’ve found an article or photo gallery within the AOL community that you can’t wait to share with your friends and family, we’ve got you covered. At the top and bottom of any AOL article you can find share icons for Facebook, Twitter, Digg and Lifestream. Clicking any of these will redirect you to their specific submit or share pages. 

To share on Facebook:

1. From the article you wish to share, click the Share on Facebook icon.
2. In the Post to Profile window, you can add a comment in the What’s on your mind? text box.
3. Click Share. The article will post to your Facebook profile.

To share on Twitter:

1. From the article you wish to share, click the Share on Twitter icon.
2. The link and article title will automatically display in the What’s happening? text box. Feel free to type additional comments along with the link.
3. Click Tweet. The article will post to your Twitter feed.

To share on Digg:

1. From the article you wish to share, click the Share on Digg icon.
2. The link will automatically display in the Submit to Digg text box. Before you publish, you can edit the article title and description by clicking Edit.
3. From the drop-down menu underneath the article title and description fields, Choose a topic.
4. Click Digg it. The article will post to Digg.

To share on Lifestream:

1. From the article you wish to share, click the Share on Lifestream icon.
2. In the Share with your AIM Buddies window, you can add a comment in the Add a comment … text box.
3. Click Share. The article will post to your Lifestream.
