Can't sign in to AOL Kids website or email

Are you having trouble signing in to AOL Kids? First, make sure you’re on the right page.

When you click Sign In/Register in the top-right corner of aolkids.com, it should take you to a page that looks like this:

If you don't already have an AOL Kids account, click Get a Username on the right to get to the AOL Kids registration page.

If you’re on the correct page and still having trouble signing in, make sure no one else is signed in on your computer under their own AOL Username at the same time. If someone is, make sure to have that person sign out. Then try signing in again.

Clearing cookies

Still not getting in? It might be because your computer has a better memory than you realize. Sometimes it helps to clear your browser’s cookies and cache, which clears the log in. Just click on the name of the browser or version of AOL software you’re using for step-by-step instructions.
