- Please check that the email address and password you’re using to sign in are entered correctly.
- The password for your account is case sensitive (upper and lower case). Check if you’ve entered your password correctly.
- Did you know that your email and password for your Games.com account may be different from the sign in information you used for your download games account (provided by our partners at Trymedia)? Please check that you’re signing in with the correct account information to the correct site.
- Forgot your AOL password? No problem. On the Sign In page, click the Forgot Password link and follow the steps to have a new password generated and sent to the email address we have on file.
