Have you received either of the following two messages asking you to verify your account details?

If you encounter one of these pop-ups, please don't worry: this is an official message from AOL. We're just trying to make sure your account information is up to date.

You'll likely receive this notice if:

  • You haven't logged in during the past three months
  • Your account is missing any personal information
  • You never created an Account Security Question
