Increase or decrease the text size on webpages

Sometimes the text size on webpages can be too small to read. You can easily adjust the size of the text on your web browser to increase or decrease the size of the text. Whenever you adjust the text size on your browser, it automatically changes the text size on the webpages displayed on your AOL software. However, some websites have specific font sizes. Changing the text size on your browser won’t change the font size of the text on these websites.

You can adjust the text size quickly by holding down the Ctrl key and rotating the mouse wheel forward or backward. If you’re unable to change the font size using the mouse wheel, hold down the Ctrl key, and then click the + or key to increase or decrease the text size.

If you’re still not able to get the desired font size, follow the instructions given below to change the font size of your particular web browser.

To adjust the text size in Internet Explorer:
1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Click View, select Text Size, and then click the text size you prefer.

To adjust the text size in Firefox:
1. Open Firefox.
2. Click View, select Zoom, and then click either Zoom In Ctrl ++ or Zoom Out Ctrl +- to increase or decrease the text size.

To adjust the text size in Netscape:
1. Open Netscape.
2. Click View, select Text Size, and then click the preferred size.
