| You may not be able to use the auto-complete feature for any one of several reasons. After trying the first solution, check to see if you can use the auto-complete feature. If you are still unable to use the auto-complete feature, continue using the suggested solutions until the problem is fixed.

Solutions
Add a Contact to test the auto-complete feature
Your Address Book may not be synchronizing properly. Adding a new Contact to your Address Book and waiting for it to re-synchronize can help resolve this problem.
Note: You can delete the added Contact at a later time.
Reset your Address State
If your Address Book is not synchronizing properly you may encounter this problem. Resetting the Address State will help in re-synchronizing the Address Book. To Reset your Address State:
1. Go to www.aol.com, click the AOL Mail icon, then sign in using your AOL® screen name and password.
2. Hold the Shift key on your keyboard, and then click the Help link in the upper right of the AOL Mail window.
3. On the AOL Mail System Summary window, next to Address State click the Reset button.
4. Click the X button in the upper right to close the AOL Mail System Summary window.

Clear cookies, cache, and history using browser
A full web browser cache can interfere with AOL's features and performance. It might make the service slow or prevent you from downloading and viewing pictures. Clearing the browser cache may fix your problem.
