Using the Windows Disk Cleanup utility in Windows XP/Me/2000

1. Click Start, select Programs or All Programs, select Accessories, select System Tools and then click Disk Cleanup.

Note: A window will appear, calculating how much free space can be obtained on the selected drive. Please wait until the process is completed.

2. Under Files to delete, check the check boxes next to the files you wish to delete and then click OK.

3. If prompted, click Yes to clean the hard drive. The Windows Disk Cleanup utility proceeds to remove all selected files from your computer.
