You have the option of repairing your netword stack manually or repairing your netword stack using Microsoft's FIX IT option. Repair Network Stack Manually1. Click Start and then click Control Panel.
Note: If you are using Windows 8, you can find the Control Panel by moving the mouse pointer to the top right of the Desktop screen and then clicking on Settings.
2. If the View by option is set to Category, click the User Accounts and Family Safety icon, and then carry on with the next step. If not, skip to the next step.
3. Click the User Accounts icon.
4. Click Change User Account Control settings.
5. Slide the bar down to Never notify, and then click OK.
6. Click Yes on the User Account Control window.

9. To enable User Account Controls, click Start, and then click Control Panel.
13. Restart your computer for the changes to take effect. To restart your computer, click Start, click the arrow next to Shut down, and then click Restart.
