AOL routinely evaluates its products and services and has made the decision to no longer offer PerfectSpeed. As a result, all subscriptions to PerfectSpeed will be canceled on March 15, 2024 and billing has been suspended.

Uninstall PerfectSpeed

  1. Open Control Panel.
  2. Locate and select PerfectSpeed.
  3. Click Change/Remove or Uninstall.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to finish the process.
  5. Restart your computer to complete the uninstallation, if needed.

Why is PerfectSpeed not downloading properly?

Firewalls, antivirus software and registry protectors are helpful programs for protecting your computer, but can also block the download of PerfectSpeed software. You might have to change your computer’s system software settings to allow PerfectSpeed to install on your PC.

Open the PerfectSpeed software installed on your computer and click on the HELP link in the upper right corner of the window. You can also call PerfectSpeed technical support representatives at 1-800-203-5110.
