AOL® software lets you to create up to 5 e-mail signatures. You can add both text and pictures to your signature. You can also set one of your signatures as the default signature; this signature will be added automatically to the end of every e-mail you compose. Click the link corresponding to the version of the AOL software that you use for instructions on how to set up an e-mail signature. To set up an e-mail signature in all versions of AOL 9.0 and higher 1. On the bottom right of the Write Mail window, click the Signatures drop-down menu, and then click Set Up Signatures.
 2. Click Create.
 3. In the Signature Name box, type a name for the signature (for example: work, home, or mailing list).
 4. In the Signature box, type the text that you want to use as your signature. You can add text styling features like a different font or font color from the style toolbar. Also, you can add pictures/images (of the following types: .bmp, .jpg, .gif, or .art) to your signature by using the camera icon.

Note: You can insert a hyperlink in your signature as well. Right-click anywhere within the Signature box, click Insert a Hyperlink, enter the description and the Internet address, and then click OK.

5. Click OK. 6. On the upper right of the Set up Signatures window, click X to close the window.
To set up an e-mail signature in AOL 8.0 Plus and earlier versions 1. Click the Mail menu, and then click Mail Signatures or Set Mail Signatures.
 2. Click Create.
 3. In the Signature Name box, type a name for the signature (for example: Work).
 4. In the Signature box, type the text you want to use as your signature. You can add text styling features like a different font or font color from the style toolbar. Also, you can add pictures/images (of the following types: .bmp, .jpg, .gif, or .art) to your signature by using the camera icon.
