I'm not getting Call Alerts even though I have AOL Call Alert

There may be several reasons for not receiving call alerts:

• You may have an incorrect phone number registered for the AOL Call Alert service. You can see your registered phone number in the top-left corner of your AOL Call Alert dashboard. If the phone number is incorrect, you'll need to conctact us at 1-877-742-9546 Monday through Friday between 9AM and 7PM ET.
• If callers always hear a busy signal, read our help article Callers hear busy signal even though I have AOL Call Alert.
• If callers hear continuous ringing, read our help article Callers hear continuous ringing tone even though I have AOL Call Alert.
