AOL® Keyword: Help or http://help.aol.com/ provides assistance to get connected to AOL, notify AOL of inappropriate online activity, update online settings, troubleshoot technical issues, understand error messages and online safety issues, and use AOL features such as e-mail, instant messaging and the AOL software.

Go to https://bill.aol.com to make changes to your account settings, such as changing your password, updating your contact information, changing your payment method, choosing a new price plan or canceling the service.
Note: You will need to answer your Account Security Question (ASQ) to make the changes.
