Enhanced History and My Routine Terms of Service

Enhanced History is a feature that conveniently remembers and lists for you the last 300 places you have visited online. My Routine remembers and lists for you the places that you visit most often so that you can easily get back to them. Both features allow you to access this information wherever you use the AOL service.

In order to provide you with these features, AOL collects and stores information about where you have navigated on the AOL service and on the Internet during the preceding month. By activating these features, you authorize AOL to store this navigational information in connection with the use of your AOL screen name. The navigational history information used to provide you the Enhanced History and My Routine features is maintained on an ongoing basis for one month, and is not used by AOL for any other purpose. In order to provide you with these features immediately upon activation, AOL also imports any available navigation history data stored in your AOL browser to populate Enhanced History and My Routine. You will then be able to access the sites listed in your Enhanced History and My Routine lists from any computer, including when you use your screen name to log in as a guest.

Other Information:

Your use of the AOL service is generally subject to the AOL® Terms of Service (available at AOL Keyword: TOS. These terms apply to your use of the Personalize AOL Features and supplement the AOL TOS.

If you terminate your AOL Membership, AOL deletes the information collected in connection of these features. AOL will release information relating to your use of these features only as authorized by law, or in special cases such as a physical threat to you or others.
