| The AOL® software does not currently have a feature that allows you to transfer your Buddy List® entries from one screen name to another. However, if you are using the AIM® software, you can transfer your existing Buddy List entries from one screen name to another. To do so, you will need to download the AIM software if you have not done so already. To download the AIM software, go to http://www.aim.com/, or visit AOL® Keyword: AIM. To transfer your existing AIM Buddy List entries to another screen name:
1. Sign on to the AIM® service with the screen name from which you wish to copy the Buddy List entries.
2. Click the AIM menu, and then click Save Buddy List.
3. Check the items you wish to save, and then click the Save button.
4. In the Save your Buddy List window, type a file name in the File name box, and then click the Save button.
Note: Please remember the file name and the folder to which you saved the file.
5. Click the AIM menu, and then click Sign Out.
6. Enter the AIM screen name and password to which you would like to transfer the saved Buddy List, and then click the Sign In button.
7. Click the AIM menu, and then click Load Buddy List.
8. In the Load Buddy List window, highlight the saved Buddy List file, and then click the Open button.
9. Select the items you wish to import, and then click the Load button.
Note: If you wish to replace your existing buddy list with the new one, please check the box next to Replace my existing Buddy List with the one I am loading.
