Manage calls on AOL Call Alert

When a Call Alert message appears on your computer screen, you have many options to handle the call. You can decide whether you want to:

• answer the call
• allow voicemail to take a message
• transfer the call to another number, such as your cell or office number

If you don't want to answer a call, the Call Alert window gives you the following options:

• Transfer the call to another phone
• Play one of the five pre-recorded messages, such as "I'll call you back later" or "Try my cell phone," to the caller
• Take a message (allow voicemail to answer the call)
• Ignore the call
