Cannot send e-mail through my mobile device

If you are not able to send e-mails through your mobile device, you will need to contact your cell phone provider in order to resolve this issue.

We currently support the following cell phone providers: Cingular® (formerly AT&T®), Alltel™, Nextel®, Sprint®, Verizon®/Free-Up®, U.S. Cellular®, T-Mobile®, Cricket® (Leap® Wireless), and Suncom®.

To contact your cell phone provider, visit http://mobile1.aol.com/ on your computer for information and troubleshooting. Alternatively, you can contact your cell phone provider/phone's manual for further assistance.
