Sign On With a Valid Screen NameIn order to download the AOL® Safety and Security Center
software, you need to be signed on using the AOL® software
without using the Guest feature. Please sign off. Launch the AOL
software as you normally would. On the AOL® Sign On screen, select your screen name, then sign on
to download the AOL Safety and Security Center software. If you are still having issues with downloading the software or
are unable to sign on to the AOL service with your screen name,
you can still download the Safety and Security Center software by
going to http://daol.aol.com/safetycenter. Back to Top
