Solutions

Check the Mail Settings to Verify Authoring Settings

If your Authoring Settings are not set to use rich text or HTML, images will not be seen in forwarded e-mails.

To check the Mail Settings to verify Authoring Settings:
1. On the AOL Mail window, click the Settings link.
2. In the left pane, click the Compose link, confirm that there is a check mark in the box next to Use Rich Text/HTML Editing. If the box is blank, click it to place a check mark in it.
3. Above the Compose page, click the Save button.

Note: You can also enable this feature by clicking the Switch to rich text editor link, in the write mail window.
