Can I use Tunome mail on both Windows and Mac computers?
Yes, Tunome e-mail works on both Windows® and Mac® computers. All you need is a Web browser such as Microsoft® Internet Explorer®, Mozilla Firefox®, or Safari®.
I seem to have trouble with my password. How do I reset it?
Resetting your password is simple! All users can change their password by clicking on the Forgot Password link. To find this link, please go to http://mail.tunome.com. Look for the link under the Password box.
How do I check AOL Tunome mail?
Simple! You can use Tunome mail by going to http://mail.tunome.com. Remember to use your complete e-mail address as your login name or use your screen name.
You can also access your mail through almost all other Internet Message Access Protocol (IMAP)-capable e-mail programs like Outlook® and Outlook® Express. At this time, you cannot use Tunome mail on the AOL® software.

Is there a limit to the number of people who can register for domains listed on Tunome.com?
No, not at all. The number of people who can register under each domain listed on Tunome.com is virtually unlimited. Every e-mail address associated with each of the domains will, of course, be unique.
How soon after registration, can I access my Tunome mail account?
You will be able to use your new Tunome mail immediately. All you need to do is go to http://mail.tunome.com/, and then log in using your complete e-mail address. You will now be able to send and receive e-mail messages using your new e-mail address. Congratulations!
