I forgot my AOL Call Alert Personal Identification Number (PIN)

If you cannot remember your AOL Call Alert Personal Identification Number (PIN), you can easily create a new one by signing on to the AOL Call Alert dashboard using your registered Username.

To change your PIN:
1. Sign on using the AOL software, and then go to AOL Keyword: AOL Call Alert or https://dashboard.voice.aol.com.

Note: If prompted, sign on using your registered Username and password.

2. Click the Settings link.

3. Click the Manage PIN link.

4. In the PIN box, type a new PIN number. In the Confirm PIN box, type the new PIN again, and then click Save.
