Everything I personalized is gone. What happened?There are a couple of possibilities: - You were logged out of myAOL™ and simply need to log back in.
- You never logged in to myAOL after personalizing and your cookies were deleted or reset, and your customization has been lost.
- You customized myAOL on a different Web browser. Switching back to that browser or logging into the page with your account (if you've signed into myAOL previously) should get you back to your page.
- You personalized myAOL on a different computer. If you did so and signed into the page to save it, you can log in from any other computer to access your page. If you didn't sign in to myAOL on the other computer, you will not be able to access your page until you do so.
