How do I turn off or turn on offline IMs in AIM?

With AIM 7, you can see the instant messages (IMs) that were sent to you while you were offline. Or, on the other hand, If you don't want to receive offline IMs, you can disable this feature at any time.

Here's how to set-up your offline preferences:

1. On your Buddy List window, click Options or Menu (depending on which version of AIM 7 you're using) and then click Settings.

2. Click Offline IM.

3. Select your preferred option:

• If you don't want to receive offline IMs, uncheck Accept IMs from Buddies on my Buddy List while I am offline.

• If you want to receive offline IMs, check Accept IMs from Buddies on my Buddy List while I am offline.

4. Click Save.
