| Sign on to http://webmail.aol.com before you follow the steps given below to create a buddy group on AOL® WebMail.
To create a buddy group on AOL WebMail
1. In the right panel, click the AIM icon.
Note: If prompted to sign on, select the box next to Automatically sign me into AIM when I sign into Mail, and then click Sign In. You don't have to sign on again; your AIM® Buddy List® will display automatically.
2. In the AIM window, click the Add Buddy link.
3. Click the drop-down arrow on the window that opens up.
4. Click Add Group.
5. Type the desired name for your new buddy group, and then click the + button.
6. Type the screen name that you want to add to that buddy group, and then click Add.
