If you had purchased a video from the AOL® Video store prior to December 31, 2007, you had 7 days from the time of purchase to download it onto your computer and other devices where you wished to view them. However, as of December 31, 2007, we have ceased to offer videos for download, and instead partnered with Amazon.com to offer you its high quality video download service.

How do I access my videos now?
You can access videos in the following ways.
OPTION A
1. On the desktop, double-click the My Documents folder.
2. In the My Documents window, double-click the My Videos folder.
3. Double-click the AOL Video folder, and then double-click the video you want to watch.
OPTION B
1.Click the Start button, click Search, and then click the All files and folders link.
2. In the Address bar, type: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\My Videos\ AOL Video.
3. Double-click the video you want to watch.
OPTION C (This is the best option if you have moved your video files.)
1. Click the Start button, click Search, and then click the All files and folders link.
2. Click the Pictures, music or video link.
3. Click the video box, to place a check mark in it.
4. In the All or part of the file name: type wmv, and then click the Search button.
Once the search is complete, you will get the list of Windows® Media files which are present on your hard drive. All you have to do is double-click the video you want to watch.
Why do I see two files with the same name in my AOL Video folder?
If you see two video files with the same name, the bigger one is the regular version, and the smaller one is for portable devices.
To see file size, click the View menu, and then click List.
How can I search for my favorite videos now?
It's simple! Go to video.aol.com, type the video name in the Search box, then tap the Enter key on your keyboard.
