Disable pop-up blocker in your browser
Disabling the pop-up blocker in your browser will allow you to launch AOL Radio.

To disable the pop-up blocker in Mozilla® Firefox®
1. Launch Mozilla Firefox.
2. Click Tools, and then click Options.
3. Click the Content icon.
4. Clear the check box next to Block pop-up windows.
Note: If you wish to add AOL Radio to the list of allowed Web sites, click Exceptions, type http://radio.aol.com in the Address of Web site box, click Allow, and then click Close.
5. Click OK.

Download the latest version of Flash Player
If you don't have the latest version of Flash Player installed on your computer, you may not be able to access different stations on AOL Radio and may get the message "You don't have Adobe Flash Player!" To resolve this issue, please download and install the latest version of Flash Player on your computer.
To download and install the latest version of Flash Player
1. Go to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer.
2. Click Agree and install now.
Note: You need to install ActiveX on your computer before you can install Flash Player. If ActiveX is not installed on your computer, you will see an information bar at the top of the browser, indicating that you need to install ActiveX. Click the information bar, and then click Install ActiveX Control.
3. Click Install, and follow the on-screen instructions to install the player.
Enable only essential startup programs
Multiple programs may have been set to start automatically when your computer is turned on. These programs may cause the computer to slow down.
