What is Cash Back Savings?
Cash Back Savings lets you save on your online shopping. Earn 2%-25% cash back at more than 1,200 online stores. Shortcuts will tally your savings and send you a check every three months. And, you can even redeem an online coupon code for even more savings. Shortcuts has more than 4,000 to choose from.
How does Cash Back Savings work?
Want to know how Cash Back Savings works? It's so easy...
1. Select an Online Store and Coupon Code from the Cash Back Savings tab on Shortcuts.com. Shortcuts will create a tracking ticket and send you to the online store you selected. The tracking ticket verifies that you clicked a link on Shortcuts.com to get to one of its stores.
2. Shop the store's website for the items you want to purchase.
3. Save. Once the store confirms your online purchase (usually two to three days); Shortcuts will post the cash back you earned to your account. Every three months, Shortcuts will tally all the Cash Back Savings you earn from your online purchases and mail you a check.
It's easy: select, shop, save.
How are Cash Back Savings credited back to my account?
Shortcuts Cash Back Savings are normally credited 2-3 days after you complete your transaction. Some stores, however, cannot confirm your purchase until the return period has elapsed and may take up to 30 days to confirm your cash back.
My purchases are not in My Savings. What do I do?
Double check your shopping history in the cash back section of My Savings. If you still don't see your qualifying purchases, please use our Cash Back Customer Service Form.
How do I know how much I have earned with the Shortcuts Cash Back program?
Please visit the My Savings page. Here you’ll find an overall summary of your account activity, Shopping Trips, Recent Orders and Recent Payments.
When will I receive my Cash Back payment?
Every three months, Shortcuts sends you a cash back payment for purchases posted during the previous quarter based on the schedule below. But if you've earned less than $5.01 cash back, Shortcuts will carry over your money to the next check.

What forms of payment are available from the Shortcuts Cash Back program?
Cash Back members have two options for obtaining their Cash Back payments. Simply set your preferences in the My Profile section.
1. Shortcuts sends a check directly to you. (Mailing fees are on Shortcuts.)
OR
2. Shortcuts deposit your payment in your PayPal account. (Sender's fees are on Shortcuts.) To ensure that your payment requests are processed correctly, please remember to update your name, mailing address and PayPal information in the My Profile section. Your PayPal account must also be verified.
How do I make sure that I am earning cash back?
Purchases you make at Shortcuts Cash Back Savings online stores are only credited if you start your online shopping session with the Shortcuts Cash Back Savings program and shop at a participating online store via a Shortcuts Cash Back link.
Do I have to register to participate in the Shortcuts Cash Back Savings Program?
Yes. Please visit Shortcuts.com to register for Free savings program.
I'm a Shortcuts.com member. Do I have to sign up for Cash Back Savings?
Shortcuts.com wants to keep savings simple. If you are already a Shortcuts.com member, simply sign in to your Shortcuts.com account and accept the new Shortcuts Cash Back terms and conditions. Visit the My Profile page and update your mailing address, which will allow Shortcuts to know where to send your big fat check.
Why is my address needed during registration?
When you earn Cash Back Savings, Shortcuts will be sending a check directly to you. (Mailing fees are on Shortcuts!) You can change your personal settings in the My Profile section. Please make sure your profile information is updated before Shortcuts sends out a payment.
Can I use the Cash Back Savings program if I live outside the U.S.?
Right now we can only distribute checks to addresses within the United States. However, Canadian residents can use the Cash Back Savings Program using Paypal as their Cash Back payment method. Check back soon, as we plan to add support world-wide as quickly as possible.
Does Shortcuts calculate Cash Back in Canadian currency?
No, all order and rebate amounts are shown in U.S. dollars. For simplicity, orders reported to Shortcuts in Canadian dollars are converted to U.S. dollars at a 1-to-1 rate.
Will my Cold Hard Cash Check be in Canadian or U.S. currency?
Currently, we are not able to send checks to Canadian residents. However, Canadian residents can use the Cash Back Savings Program using Paypal as their Cash Back payment method.
If I receive payments via Paypal, what currency will I receive?
PayPal will automatically convert payments to Canadian dollars. Refer to PayPal for information on currency conversion rates and transaction fees.
I live in Canada, which stores can I shop at on Shortcuts.com?
The stores listed on our Shortcuts Canada page are either based in Canada, or have been verified to have Canada-friendly shipping policies. Other stores on Shortcuts.com may also ship to Canadian addresses, but you should check the store's site for specific information on policies and shipping charges. You are responsible for any duties charged for products shipping from the U.S. to Canada.
What if the Cash Back Savings program doesn't offer the store I want?
Shortcuts is working daily to ensure members will enjoy a variety of goods and services from quality stores. If you would like to recommend a store, simply contact Customer Service. Shortcuts will make efforts to add your recommended store.
What if I want to return or cancel an order?
Returns are subject to the return policy of the store from which you purchased. If you return or cancel an item, Shortcuts also has to reverse any cash back earned from that sale. Go to Cash Back Customer Service Form for additional help.
I need to exchange an online purchase. Will that change my Cash Back Savings?
Exchanges also usually reverse cash back awards. In the process of an exchange, the store cancels the old order and replaces it with a new one. When the store creates the new order, it usually fails to capture the referral from the Cash Back Savings program. Go to Cash Back Customer Service Form for additional help.
What are Coupon codes?
Coupon codes consist of letters or numbers that are available for your use to obtain discounts such as percentages off, free shipping and other discounts. Coupon codes are only for online shopping.
What is the difference between coupon codes and Shortcuts.com coupons?
1. Coupon codes are only for online shopping, while electronic and printable coupons are for offline shopping in the store.
2. Coupon codes must be entered during the checkout process on the store's website. These codes consist of letters and numbers that allow you to obtain discounts during your Cash Back Savings online shopping session during checkout.
3. Shortcuts.com Printable are print-at-home coupons that can be used to obtain the assigned dollar amount off when you check out at your local store.
What is the Daily Double?
The Daily Double is a selection of stores that are offering increased Cash Back Savings for any online purchases made using the Cash Back Savings program.
What is the favorites page?
Your favorites page is where you can go to build and create a list of your favorite stores. A list of your favorite stores will always be on your Shortcuts Cash Back main page.
