Issues are quoted in the currency of the country where the
exchange is located. If your Portfolio contains issues from
different countries, it will not show a Total Value calculation,
because the currencies are mixed.

Incorrect Gains or Losses in a
Portfolio
Incorrect gains or losses may indicate that an incorrect purchase
price was entered when an item was added to your portfolio. Ensure
that you have entered the purchase price correctly. Always enter the purchase price per share, not the value of the total purchase
cost.
Make Corrections or Changes to
Information in a Portfolio
Information in a portfolio can be easily edited at AOL Keyword:Portfolios.
For more information, see Quotes and
Portfolios Help: Editing a Portfolio.
Get a Quote for an Item Already in

How to Download (Export and Save)
Your Portfolio Information
See Quotes
and Portfolios Help: Downloading Your Portfolio Data.
Download into Excel
You can choose a Portfolio download format that imports into
Excel, such as tab- or comma-delimited formats.
Excel Treats Some Numeric Entries
as Text
There are some instances where Excel identifies stand-alone
fractions as text rather than numbers. If the fraction is
accompanied by a number such as 2 1/2 it should translate
correctly, but if the number is just a fraction, such as 1/2, it
may not translate into Excel correctly.
Print Your Portfolio Information
To print a portfolio:
1. Go to AOL Keyword: Portfolios.
2. Click the link to the portfolio you want to print.
3. Click the Print button. A preview of
your portfolio will be opened in a new window.
4. Click the Print button.
Note: For best results, use your print
settings to choose landscape formatting.
Cannot Import Data from Other
Applications
Offline data from other applications cannot be imported and
uploaded into your online portfolio. All data must be entered
manually.
Unable to See All Information
You may be unable to see all of your portfolio information at once
if your screen resolution is lower than that recommended. Check
the screen for scroll bars -- you may need to scroll left or right
to see all the displayed data. Because the portfolio forms are
designed to be viewed at a higher resolution, consider changing
your AOL® font size to "small" to view more information.
To change the AOL font size for PC users:
1. On the AOL® toolbar, click the Settings icon.
2. On the Index tab, scroll down and clickFont and Text.
3. Next to Where possible, display the following
size of text on AOL: click to mark the Small option.
4. Click the Save button.
5. In the top right corner of the Settings
Main window, click the red X
button.
If that procedure does not work, more advanced users should
consider changing the default font size or monitor resolution in
the Windows® operating system. Before signing in to the AOL
service, go to your Windows Control Panel and adjust your font
size or monitor resolution.
Note: You may need to restart your
computer to implement those system preferences in Windows before
signing in to AOL.
To change the font size for Mac® users:
1. On the AOL menu on the AOL toolbar,
click Preferences....
2. Scroll through the icons on the left side of the screen, then
click the Font icon.
3. Click the Default font: drop-down list,
then click to select Geneva.
4. Click the Size: drop down list, then
click to select size 12.
5. Click the OK button.
If that does not work, more advanced users should consider
changing the default font size or monitor resolution for their
system.
To change the monitor resolution:
1. On the Apple® menu, clickSystem Preferences....
2. Click Displays.
3. Click to choose the higher resolution you want.
4. Click the Confirm button.
Note: You may need to restart your
computer for the changes to take effect.
