Unable to save emails

If you are unable to save an email, check whether the email is in the spam folder. You will not be able to save emails that are reported as spam. To resolve this issue select the email and click Not Spam to move the email back into your Inbox. The email will be listed in your Inbox by the date you originally received it. Once you've found the email, you should be able to save it to your Saved Mail folder.
