Email Support for AOL Mail

If getting a response within roughly 48 hours sounds fine to you, send us a note about your AOL Mail issue. Be sure to enter an email address at which you're able to receive mail.

If you have an eligible AOL MyBenefits plan, then you can contact AOL customer service 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

If you're having issues with your password and need assistance, you can call 1-800-827-6364 from 8AM to 10PM EST.
