Will the AOL software work with any other broadband or dial-up provider?
The AOL software works with any dial-up or broadband provider. Simply start your existing AOL software and set up your software to work with your Internet connection.
Alternatively, you can also visit http://www.aol.com to access the AOL service.
Will my service be disrupted when I switch to the Free AOL plan?
If you switch to the Free AOL plan, there will be no disruption in the service. You should be able to access the AOL software, your e-mail, and other AOL features as long as you have a connection to the Internet.
Note: Ensure that you are connected to the Internet before opening your AOL software.
