My saved emails and Favorite Places are missing on AOL Desktop for Mac

Sometimes, when you get online on AOL Desktop for Mac, you might find your saved emails and Favorite Places missing. You can retrieve them by importing your saved mails and Favorite Places from AOL 10.3.7 to AOL Desktop for Mac.

Notes:

• For the mail import function to work on a Mac computer, you need to have both AOL 10.3.7 and the AOL Desktop for Mac software installed on your computer.
• You can import mails from the older version of your AOL software to the current version. However, you will be able to import only the mails that are saved in the PFC of the older version. If you have not saved any mails in the PFC of the older version, you will not be able to import your emails to the current version.

1. Sign on to AOL Desktop for Mac.

2. Click the File menu, and then click Import Mail.

3. Click Yes.

4. Please wait while AOL Desktop for Mac retrieves your saved emails. Once done, you will be able to access all your saved emails.

4. Please wait while AOL Desktop for Mac retrieves your saved Favorite Places. Once done, you will be able to access all your saved Favorite Places.
