We're so glad you asked. What good is AIM, if you can't chat? Here's
how:
1. At the
top-left of your AIM window, click into the Start of find a chat
box.
2. Type the name or
Username of the person
you want to chat with.
3. Click on your friend's
icon.
4. Type your
message in the chat box at the bottom of your AIM window.
5.
Press
enter on your
keyboard.
