| Something not quite right? If you’ve signed in to your AOL Mail account, but a different Username is displayed than the one you used to sign in with, this is not a case of mistaken identity. It just means you have a linked Username. What's a linked Username? It's a Username that has been associated with your other AOL Usernames. AOL used to provide a service that allowed you to manually link Usernames, but unfortunately it's no longer available. If you’re experiencing this problem it’s because your Usernames are linked together.
