Notes: - Make sure you're signed into AIM in AOL Mail. On the left side, click AIM - Sign In.
- The person who receives your text will see a brief 6-digit shortcode (e.g. 265-043) along with the real name you use on your AOL
account. For example, if you entered Jane Doe when you set up your
account and your email address is jdoe2@aol.com, the person receiving
your text will see Jane Doe as the sender.
