Unable to purchase a subscription when account is pending cancellation

If you have received the message "Our records indicate that your AOL account is pending cancellation and you are therefore ineligible to complete this purchase" the Primary Username on the account has chosen to cancel your paid AOL account. All subscriptions have been cancelled and you are therefore ineligible to make any purchases.

If you have an AOL account that has been cancelled, but would like to continue using AOL services such as AOL email, we would love for you to reactivate your free account.

In order to provide the best experience possible for our users, you will receive a Welcome Back screen the next time you attempt to log in with a cancelled AOL Username. Please follow the authentication process found in the article Account Management: Cancel or reactivate your AOL account.
