MyPrivacy Member Benefit FAQs
MyPrivacy monitors the internet for your information and automatically requests its removal whenever it becomes visible. It also helps stop companies from tracking you online, gives you persistent social networking privacy and even stops up to 80% of unwanted direct mail.

To get MyPrivacy visit mybenefits.aol.com and sign in with your master Username or Email and Password and click Sign In. Locate MyPrivacy, click ACTIVATE and follow the on-screen instructions to begin installing MyPrivacy.
MyPrivacy is provided at no additional cost as part of certain AOL Advantage Plans.

Reputation.com products are compatible with Mac and Windows operating systems. Reputation.com products can be accessed through Internet Explorer 7 and up, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Chrome and Safari. There is no download required.
MyPrivacy is available at no additional cost with certain AOL Advantage Plans. If you decide to change your AOL Advantage Plan to one that does not offer MyPrivacy but would like to continue to use MyPrivacy, you can purchase a monthly subscription of MyPrivacy from AOL’s Lifestore.
Likewise, if you choose to cancel your AOL membership or convert to a Free AOL account, this will also cancel MyPrivacy. If the cancellation is pending your next billing date, MyPrivacy will remain active until the cancellation of your AOL account is complete.
To cancel your MyPrivacy membership, login to myaccount.aol.com. Click on the Manage My Subscriptions link. Locate the MyPrivacy product and click Cancel then follow the instructions provided.
