How do I change my theme?

Simply click on the AOL logo at the top of your page or click the theme link in the footer of the page. You’ll be able to select a new theme from the various options available.

Note: This feature is not available on all mobile devices.

How do I save my settings?

AOL will always try to keep things just the way you left them. This means that if you minimized a section of the Today page, it will stay minimized the next time you visit the page. This also goes for your horoscope sign and weather location.

How do I change my weather's location?

On the top of the mobile page, click the Weather icon. You can change your location on the Weather detail page that opens up. You can either enter this information manually, or if we’re able to, we’ll detect your location from your mobile device.

Where can I find the Smartphone Apps that AOL offers?

m.AOL.com lists out all the fun AOL apps available specifically for your phone! We’ll link you directly to where they can be downloaded from. For iPhone users, we’ll even launch the application (where available) if it’s already installed on your phone.

What is the AOL/AIM Mobile Sign In page?

Some AOL or AIM services require you to sign in with your AOL/AIM Username in order to use personalized features. If the service that you are trying to access has presented you with a Sign In page, you may also have the option to save your login information by checking the Keep me signed in box.

How does the Keep me signed in feature work?

When you sign in to AOL/AIM mobile, you can choose to stay signed in for up to 30 days. This means, even after you close the page and re-open it, it will keep you signed in until you manually sign out of the page. To use this feature, simply check the box next to Keep me signed in before you click Sign In.

Note: Depending on the mobile device you are using and your mobile service provider, your login information may be saved for less than 30 days. To protect your Username from abuse, please contact your mobile carrier immediately if your mobile device is lost or stolen.

What is the difference between the Directory and Applications pages?

The Directory page displays a list of channels that are optimized for the mobile web. On the Applications page, we show you the applications available for download that work with your handset.
