Lost or broken AOL PassCode or Secure ID

AOL no longer sells the AOL PassCode service and device. Only AOL employees and some special accounts are now protected by a PassCode/Secure ID issued by AOL.
  • If you are an AOL employee and have lost or broken your AOL PassCode/Secure ID, please contact IT Security or Enterprise Help Desk.
  • If you hold one of these special accounts and have lost or broken your AOL PassCode/Secure ID, please contact the group that provided you the token.
