Unable to open e-mails using the AOL software

You may not be able to open e-mails in your mailbox using the AOL® software for any one of several reasons. Given below are a couple of solutions to resolve the issue. After trying the first solution, check whether you can open your mailbox. If not, continue using the next solution.

Information you need

You will need to know the version of Microsoft® Windows® operating system installed on your computer. If you do not know how to find this information, follow the instructions given in the online help article How do I determine the version of Windows I have.

Solutions


Purge Artwork Database

If the Artwork Database files have become corrupt, you may face this issue. Purging these files can help to fix this problem. To clear Artwork Database, follow the instructions given in the online help article Clear AOL Artwork Database.


Run Quick Restore
