IMPORTANT: General Usernames will not have the ability to use card on file of any other Username tied to the account.

Any General Username making a Lifestore purchase that does not already have an eligible payment method on file will be required to provide a new method of payment. Please visit My Account to add your payment method before making a purchase. For instructions on adding a new payment method, refer to Change or add a payment method.

Note: If the General Username has been promoted to a Designated Master by the Master Username on the account, then is demoted to General again, the user will be required to enter a new payment method if a second subscription purchase is attempted. Subscriptions already active will continue to be billed on the card provided at purchase unless the method of payment is changed or subscription is cancelled.
